Stash the sweaters – If your cardigans are taking a lot of your space, hand wash them and fold them away. You can look at storing them in vacuum sealed bags that will leave you more space for storage.
Store heavy coats – Hanging your heavy coats in garment bags are best, but if you are short on space, you should dry clean your pieces and place them flat at the base of your wardrobe.
Stay organized – Getting organized can be very addictive. Look at ways to organize your wardrobe that includes storage shelving and baskets to keep your winter items well stored.
